• Full Care Board – $750.00 per month
  (includes grooming six days a week, mane pulling, minor, non-clinical medical care, administration of medications, treatment of wounds, hand walking, cold hosing and horse tacked up and put away, and tack cleaning)
• Partial Month Full Care Board – $35.00 per day
  

• Private and Group – $40.00 per lesson
• Training Ride – $40.00 per ride
• Full Training and Lesson Service $400.00 per month
  (includes training rides, lessons and other training services)
  

• General Grooming and Schooling Supplies per Horse – $50.00 per month
  (use of shampoo, show sheen, fly spray, brushes, towels and other grooming products and supplies, practice baby pads, bandages, schooling coolers and sweat sheets, and tack cleaning products and supplies, and laundry services) (except laundering and/or dry cleaning of blankets and sheets) (does not include use of tack, blankets, or show pads or coolers, bell boots or shin boots, or turnout fly sheets)
  
• Clipping (ears, face, bridle path, legs) – $30.00
• Body Clipping – $125.00
• Lungeing/Training Work in Walker – $25.00
• Medications/Therapeutic Treatments separate appropriate charge
• Magnetic Blanket and Foot Pad
  – Use of Blanket $20.00
  – Use of Foot Pad $20.00
• Laundering of Sheets and Blankets
  – Sheets - $10.00
  – Blankets -  $30.00
  
• Shipping
  – out of town $1.00 per mile
  – locally (less than 30 miles) – $40.00 each way
• Other – any other care and services, medical treatments, etc. will be billed per hour or portion thereof – $20.00 per hour

• 15% commission on all sales and purchases
• 20% commission on all leases

All Board, Supply Fees, and Full Training and Lesson Service Fees are payable in advance by the 10th of every month. All other fees and expenses are payable by the 10th of the following month. Any delinquent charges shall bear interest at the rate of 1 ½% per month. Rates are subject to change from time to time upon posting at the barn.
