All Board is payable
in advance by the 10th
of every month. All
other fees and expenses
are payable by the 10th
of the following month. Any
delinquent charges shall
bear interest at the rate
of 1 ½% per month. Rates
are subject to change
from time to time upon
posting at the barn.
