  $375.00 per month (includes daily check, twice a day grain feeding, hay, holding for farrier and use of trails) (does not include any grooming, medical care services, stall board or use of riding rings or jumping areas)

• Shipping
  – out of town - $1.25 per mile
  – locally (less than 30 miles) - $ 40.00 each way
• Medications/Therapeutic Treatments/Special Feeds and Supplements - separate appropriate charge
• Magnetic Blanket and Foot Pad
  – Use of Blanket $20.00
  –: Use of Foot Pad $20.00
• Other – any other care and services medical treatments, etc. will be billed per hour or portion thereof - $20.00 per hour
• All veterinarian, farrier, dentist and other equine specialist services will be billed directly to owner whenever possible and shall be timely paid by owner. PHF shall be promptly reimbursed for any such services paid by PHF on behalf of the horse.

All Board is payable in advance by the 10th of every month.  All other fees and expenses are payable by the 10th of the following month.  Any delinquent charges shall bear interest at the rate of 1 ½% per month.  Rates are subject to change from time to time upon posting at the barn.
